I was born the day before Halloween in 1979. From a young age, I knew I saw things differently. That difference wasn’t welcomed.

 

I’ve spent my life navigating codependence, family dysfunction and addiction, a toxic corporate career, financial crisis, divorce, and deep spiritual burnout. What looked like success on paper hid a lifetime of being silenced, stalled, and dismissed.

 

In 2020, when the world shut down, so did every mask I had worn to make myself “easy to love.” I hit a breaking point. Change or die living someone else's version of my life. 

 

Everything I do - every reading I give, every class I teach, every insight I offer - is something I’ve used myself to transform my life. Because of this, I won’t give you vague promises. I offer tools to find your own way. These are your messages. I am simply the messenger. 

 

This is practical spiritual work. It’s real. It’s raw. And it’s yours if you’re ready to be your own light in the darkness.
